Be a new contact (not already in our system)
Be a homeowner on the deed
Complete the referral form before their consultation
Book within 30 days or complete a project within 6 months
Terms & Conditions
Effective for all referrals submitted to Legacy Design & Remodeling
Program Eligibility & Reward Structure
To participate in the Legacy Referral Program, you must be a prior customer of Legacy Design & Remodeling who has completed a remodeling project with us.
Referred homeowners are eligible for referral rewards only if they have not previously booked, requested a quote, or completed a consultation with Legacy Design & Remodeling.
Referrals must be submitted before the referred person’s first design consultation. If multiple people claim the same referral, Legacy reserves the right to determine who receives credit.
To Qualify for Referral Rewards:
The referred homeowner must:
Be the legal homeowner and have their name on the property deed
Schedule and complete an in-home consultation with Legacy within 30 days of referral
Have all decision-makers present during the consultation
Complete a qualifying remodeling project valued at $4,995+ within 1 year of referral
Be clearly identified as your referral via the official Legacy Referral Form (before their appointment)
Disclaimer
The Legacy Design & Remodeling Referral Program is open exclusively to past customers who have completed at least one paid remodeling project with us.
Legacy reserves the right to validate, reject, or revoke any referral in good faith, including in cases where the referred individual has already contacted us or originates from another lead source (e.g., Meta Ads, events, third-party lead platforms, etc.).
Participants are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes tied to rewards earned. If total rewards exceed $600 in a calendar year, a W-9 form may be required, and a 1099-MISC may be issued to the IRS.
Referrals that are incomplete, late, misdirected, or not submitted through the proper method will not be accepted.
Employees, contractors, and their immediate family members (including those in the same household) of Legacy Design & Remodeling or any affiliate companies are not eligible to participate in the referral program.
Legacy Design & Remodeling reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without notice.
Participation in this program constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions.
